The Quick Start gives you a one-page plan for one area of the business. The AI Opportunity Audit maps your core processes and gives you a costed, ranked plan for the whole business.
I build it, test it on your real work and adjust it until it does the job. You own all of it.
A handover session and a short guide for the people who will use it, including what to check in the AI's output.
AI tools change fast. I keep your systems working and up to date. After the first 30 days, the care plan starts from £149/month.
Who you'll work with
AI on its own can feel like an untamed robot. I'm Chris, and my job is to be the person between it and your business. I specialise in Claude, Anthropic's AI, and hold 11 of Anthropic's certificates. I'll tell you plainly what it can and can't do, build the parts worth building, show your team how to use them, and stay around to keep them working. If you're near Southampton, I'll do it in person.

The discovery call is free. The AI Quick Start is £197 and the AI Opportunity Audit starts at £995. Builds get a fixed quote, starting from £750 for a workflow automation. No VAT charged.
No. I build it, test it and train the people who'll use it. Most of it runs in the background.
Before anything is built, you'll know what personal data it uses, where it goes and what safeguards protect it, following the ICO's guidance. A person checks the AI's output wherever it matters.
A single build usually takes 2 to 6 weeks, depending on scope. I'll confirm your timeline in the proposal before work starts.
Before I start, your proposal sets out what "working" means. If the build doesn't meet it, I fix it before handover, within the fixed price.
